I am regretfully writing that this is the 2nd time I have been neglected by Tonya's salon. One time I called 6 times before anyone got back to me to reschedule an appointment. I thought for sure they just didn't want me as a client, but Tonya assured me that was not the case. However, this past Saturday, April 25, I had an appointment at 10 a.m,, which Tonya herself scheduled, and when I showed up, no one was there; the doors were locked. I hung around for 15 minutes,but to no avail. I also made 2 phone calls to her to call me back asap, but have never heard from her or anyone at the salon. I am very disappointed and will not go back. She is an excellent beautician, but the professionalism is lacking in a big way, and that is NOT good business.
