We were able to rent a full sized sedan online with ease. When we picked up the car, it was more than what we had requested, very clean and in great mechanical condition. The return process was also quick and easy and to "put the icing on the cake", the Budget representative was very helpful and courteous. A wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Rented a car from Budget and DECLINED all forms of protection on the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle at another location I had 3 of the 4 extra pieces of protection added on when I specifically told the representative with the initials "KB" that I did not WANT anything. Not an ethical place to do business and its a shame. The Chico branch wouldn't even take ownership of this.
