Although the actual appointment went very well and the staff was professional and friendly, there was a problem with my insurance. When I initially called to schedule a new patient appointment I specifically asked if the office accepted Delta Dental, which they said they did. After my appointment I was informed that they were not contracted with my insurance's particular plan and my share of cost was 50%. This created an unnecessary financial hardship for me that could have been prevented, and a wasted appointment for which I had to take time off work.
Was an emergency visit, I was experiencing a lot of pain. Everyone was so helpful, courteous and professional. Dr was gentle with the procedure and answered all my questions. Thank you.
Willow Creek is so great! They are always on time, efficient, and provide amazing care. I have four children, the ability to get appointments on the same day and leaving with happy faces is awesome.
