If there was such thing as a no star rating that's what I would give this place the punk kid that runs this place most of the time has got a major attitude he needs a lesson in customer service the type that we have here in America that's built this great country to what it is today. I go to this gas station all the time to fill my propane tanks I don't go there as often as I could mainly because of this kid's attitude. So this morning I go there to get a tank filled again, he filled the tank but when it came time to pay for it my card was declined, now I'm in there all the time ,religiously, he tells me I'm going to have to leave my tank there, when I get my tank out of the car to give to him I tell him"my tank better be there when I come back" now at this point there's been a history of attitude and I'm receiving some of it as we speak so I tell him as well that in fact he and my tank better be there when I come back because this is kind of the last straw for me I wanted to be able to pay what I owed and request his name and or phone number of the owner so I could talk to the man that I believe owns the gas station who I had met many times before and this man truly knew the meaning of customer service. I thought enough is enough it's time to file some sort of complaint because not only have I had many issues with this young man but I know three to four other people that have told me they had the same issues with the same young man. Show when I put the tank down in front of him and say what I say he says I'm here right now and walks towards me threatening that he wants to get physical. Obviously at this point I feel like squeezing his head right off his shoulders I don't back down but I don't swing at him or threaten him I just kept asking for the owners phone number of which he refused to give me. Then he tells me he's calling his security and I asked him security what do you mean by security and he tells me you go get your boys. I'll be honest I told him he had horrible business skills because no matter what a customer says its just words you never respond by threatening violence I left and now I'm giving all of you a glimpse inside a local gas station business that should be boycotted and shut down. I can't imagine this is the first complaint against this kid and obviously the manager or owner does nothing to fix it.

I went into this gas station and bought a small roll of tums, and a big bottle of coconut water, that was five dollars. When I opened the coconut water, not even 5 minutes later, it smelled and tasted rotten! the exp date on it said march 2015, so I assumed maybe the seal had broken. Regardless, I walked back to the station within 10 minutes of my purchase, to see if I could exchange it for a new one, or get my money back. The guy at the counter said that if the product isn't past the expiration date, then there's nothing he can do. I ask him if I could just get another on, it was 5 dollars, and shouldn't be bad, I even made him smell it! He still told me he couldn't help me. Since I wasn't going to be drinking rotten water, I told him he may as well keep it, because it was BAD!! I was so disappointed and felt totally ripped off! I work very close to this station, but will NOT be buying anything else from there, Vallero is across the street, so I'll be taking my business there from now on!!
