Ramiro had the cord out from between the wall and the back of the desk, installed the grommet, moved the printer, and had it all hooked-up. Our request was just for another grommet to be put in, and he did not just stop at that.
I was away from the work area for maybe 20-30 minutes and when I got back
I especially like their custom stained wood products. We have been very happy with their product and our experience working with Esplanade Furniture.
The power chord to the printer was wedged between the back of the desk and the wall. When Ramiro saw this, he immediately asked how could we move the printer with the power cord where it is. The plan was to move the printer and just buy another power cord because trying to get the power cord out we thought would require a moving crew to pull furniture away from the wall and moving other partitions and furniture around.
