For the prices this place is not worth it. The redesign is esthetically pleasing, but the staff lacks in every category. They are not knowledgeable, do not listen when taking food orders at the deli/sandwich shop, and don't get me started on their produce department. I love my fruit and veggies to be ripe, but not rotten. There were gnats all over everything last summer! Love the new salad bar, and soup, meat counter, and self check out stands. That's the only reason they got 2 stars. It's a shame, it could be a really good store if it was properly maintained and managed.
My home away from home. Very Pleasant Managers and Employee's. Nice and clean store. My absolute favorite grocery outlet in Chico. Way better service attention then Safeway. And they even have a toaster and microwave!
The store is laid out a little weird but they have everything you can need so it's worth the extra 10 mins trying to figure out where everything is.

I love this place I'll been shopping since they open the doors like 28 years ago and always great products awesome
9 out of ten times I go to the Raleys on Notre Dame and the Skyway, my bill shows being overcharged. They fix it. But it's an inconvenience and I'm uncomfortable mentioning it. The store on W. East Avenue is totally different, and I enjoy my visits there.
