Great place, awesome concept. Been going there since they opened. Only negatives are the high turnover rates. I get used to a stylist and she leaves after a short run. My observation as a customer is they may need to come up with some plans to keep the staff happy so they don't leave, but I don't know the full story, I'm just a customer and that is just my impression, maybe they already have those types of programs....Jen is the best and been there the longest.

Friendly staff. Good selection of beers on tap. New to town and need a hair cut, definitely going to come back.
I've been going to this place for years. They always gave me a consistently mediocre haircut, but they seemed to be trying hard, and I'm a creature of habit so I kept going back.
On my last visit, two folk at the front asked me to sign in and wait for a haircut. There was no one in front of me, and either could have gotten started. They proceeded to talk and gossip as I sat there for 12 minutes waiting. They were less than 5 feet away, and I was easily within view. When I finally had enough and got up to leave, they realized I was still there, and offered to take me back to get a haircut. I have never been so completely ignored at any business I have ever gone to. I was told later that the two talking were the sales manager and the general manager, but that either could have (and should have) taken care of me. I will not be back, and I'd recommend the same to anyone asking.
TL:DR Frequently underwhelming haircuts from a disengaged staff with an incredibly rude management.
