I scheduled an appointment with Ashley at The Powder Room for a Makeup Lesson for my 13 year old granddaughter as a surprise at Christmas. My granddaughter is a cheerleader, attending school dances, and just basically interested in wearing makeup, so I wanted to give her the opportunity to learn how to use makeup correctly and appropriately from a makeup artist. Ashley far exceeded my expectations! She carefully explained how to correctly enhance features with minimal makeup achieving an absolutely gorgeous natural look for my granddaughter. Ashley showed my granddaughter how to apply base, eye, lip, and blush makeup. During each step, Ashley explained the proper application, showed her how to apply and then watched her apply and gave her feedback and tips. My granddaughter had an absolute amazing experience and continues to apply her makeup as she was taught achieving a flawless and beautifully enhanced look appropriate for a teenager. I was also so impressed with the products that Ashley recommended for my granddaughter. They were reasonably priced and of exceptional quality. If you have a young lady in your life, treat her to a makeup lesson from Ashley! It will be a gift that lasts a lifetime!
