We just had counter tops put in. It took a while to order and receive so order long before you need them. They look great and we are very happy with the result.

I decided to update this post. We bought a dishwasher from them and when we got it home the face of it was dented. I brought it back and they replaced it on the spot no questions asked. Awesome!!
We want to thank Dave our service technician for his excellent knowledge and service for trouble-shooting, follow-up and solving the problem with our refrigerator. Dave is truly an asset to the Ginno's business. We will request him, if ever needed again.
Six stars for Ginno's. We bought some appliances from them, and there was a minor issue with the installation. They were back the very next day to take care of it. We'd bought appliances from Sears in the past and in another city, and what a difference. This company has thrived even with the big box stores, and it's a real lesson on how a family company can still do well by providing exceptional customer service. We've owned 6 houses in other cities and have therefore purchased lots of appliances, and we've never had such a perfect experience. Competitive pricing, really knowledgeable salespeople (seemingly a rarity in that business), and amazing service. They are the best!!
We hit a brick wall during a recent move trying to disconnect a water line for our refrigerator ice maker. It appeared that the shut off value was no longer working. On my way to find parts at a big box home improvement store for a work around, I saw a Ginno's truck delivering a new refrigerator in our neighborhood. I stopped to ask what I needed to buy to resolve our problem and the delivery person not only showed me what I needed but gave me the parts. I offered to pay for the parts but he said he had no way to write a receipt and that I could stop by the store if I had the opportunity to do so. The parts worked and before leaving for our new home in Roseville I did stop at Ginno's to tell the manager how much his delivery person helped me and to offer to pay for the parts. Once again I was told to keep my money and instead write this review. I would definitely recommend Ginno's for their service and commitment to helping solve a problem that was not even theirs to fix.
