I hesitate to write a negative review of any business as I have been a business owner myself, but Flair has very poor customer service. They ruined the buttons on a nice dress I brought in for dry cleaning. They noted on the pick up tag "buttons already broken" which was a bold face lie. The dress was new and worn only once. I asked them if they would reimburse me for the buttons (about $35 to replace) and they said no. I then suggested that I would be satisfied to just not pay for the cleaning (a $22 charge). The clerk went to get the manager, and all he was willing to do was to sew on new buttons if I purchased them and brought them in. Seriously, I can do that myself! I won't be back to Flair Custom Cleaners, there are many more options in Chico.
My husband gets his uniforms cleaned here weekly, and they are always helpful and friendly.
I've been bringing my clothes here for years. They do a great job, have sewn and washed my shirts/pants and are always pleasant.
