Can not thank Mr. Davis enough. Wow factor out of this world! He was so awesome he didn't even have to call any witness on our behalf. He just shredded the prosecution. All charges where dismissed after an 11 for / 1 against hung jury. Very impressed. Would recommend him to any one for their criminal defense. Grady may seem unconventional but with 30+ years of experience he knows what he is doing.If you want an attorney who is willing to go to bat for your freedom,pull out all the stops, and go the distance then you have found your man.Great job Grady!

He was a no show at my trial. Nor did I get reliable advice. I found out after I took plea deal that I was not guilty. Writing Mr. Davis to get transcripts was to no avail. I had to write California Bar and file a complaint to make Mr. Davis turn over my transcripts so that another lawyer can appeal my case.
It really does make a difference having a paid attorney in Butte County...and Grady Davis handled all of my cases. Not only did he get four cases dismissed, but he also got a felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor. Moreover, in the end I only served 'one night' of the mandatory 10 days for a suspended license. I didn't even book-in, BCJ signed me off at the service window!
