Edit: Pizza Hut delivers to my area now and has been a much better pick every time. Consistent, great prices, don't go to dominoes charging you out the wazoo after the new owners now.
It says delivered and I did not receive my order at all! Multiple calls to the store go to voicemail. I feel cheated. This is literally the third time this has happened, no calls get pickup up and I have no idea where my food is. Very disappointed over and over again, stay away. They have lost many customers to the same practice.
Always have a good experience here. Having the store be close by I always pick it up and have never had any troubles.
It dominos cheep good pizza. Always fast delivery but if you order lava crunch cakes with icing never expected it I think i have gotten it once.
They reached out to me 3/13/17 (how many weeks later?) saying it was a staffing problem during the day. Said they will try and staff during the day, but I still give it a hard pass. Arriving one or two hours after a pizza TELLS YOU ITS DELIVERED is not ok with an apology saying it :might get better.
With my most recent order, my pizza was undersauced and the crust was thinner than I ordered. Also, the dipping sauce wasn't included. This location almost always forgets at least one item. I usually have to ask for someone to replace an item, it's hard to feel the need to tip well when this happens every time. I do tip, but it's not usually much and won't be until there aren't so many errors.
This store is under new ownership. They are now charging for Parmesan and peppers. I was told they come in shakers and that is why. I will no longer be ordering from them due to this. If I wanted shakers I would buy them at the store but it is not worth it as I only use it when I order pizza. Also it took the delivery guy 25 minutes to deliver the pizza. The store is only 5 minutes from my house so I am wondering where the other 20 minutes went? This is not rocket science. Hoping the new owners read this and the review I left on their site!
