I caught two guys breaking and entering on video with their license plate and their vehicle on the video. Nothing but excuses to arrest them . I was told by the officer that their license plate might be from another vehicle or they could be from out of town. Contacted the supervisor same excuse. They let criminals get away. Too lazy to do their job.
Chico Police Dept is a outstanding department. So many dedicated men and women employed there in positions of Police Officer, Dispatcher, Clerks and more. They have a large VIPS Program (Volunteers in Police Service), these volunteers help in numerous ways. We are fortunate!
