Great Landlord, she is very upfront about everything with you and will quickly put in requests for fixes if something is wrong with the place you are renting from her. Definitely one of the best landlords I have had.

I would recommend Kim to ANYONE either with a house to rent or in need of a quality place to live in at a reasonable price. In my dealings with her I am constantly IMPRESSED with her sense of propriety, competence, unshakable integrity and genuine desire to help. She strikes me as the perfect interface between the owned and the renter and as such her company, Chico Real Estate Management sets the benchmark for all other Chico property management companies to ascribe to. Whenever I had an issue with anything with the property she had someone out there RIGHT AWAY to handle it quickly and efficiently.

Great to work with! I rented a house from them a few years ago and after hearing of other horror stories with property management I decided I would post about Chico REM. Kimberly was a pleasure to work with. She is available, considerate and easy to get along with. She does her best to return your security deposit in the most reasonable manor. We cleaned up the place fairly well and in turn got back over 50% of our deposit. Never once did I have a complaint. Thanks Kim for being the exception!
Review from a property owner--I signed a contract to have Kim manage my new 4-plex. After a short while, she decided she didn't want to manage the property and broke our contract with no notice. Her reasons had nothing to do with me. She let me know while I was out of the country, and did absolutely nothing to rent my vacant units. (I rented them easily within one week of my return.) Kim spent money she controlled without my permission. She never apologized for her behavior. She did not act with integrity.
