impossible to find sizes. racks are disorganized the floor is littered with merchandise. hardly any clerks in this enormous store. very disappointing.
Only got a 1 star because I had to give one. This store is disgusting! The floors have spills all over, that have never been attempted to be cleaned. The carpet is stained, and the bathrooms! They haven't been cleaned in days! Every stall was disgusting, trash over spilling everywhere. And to top all that off, it's so hot! It had to be 80°!
Tons of sell thru, so unless you get a style while they put it out it is impossible to find right size. Good prices. Most clothes far to revealing.
When i was employed by one of the co supervisors of forever 21 i later endured the bullying of the "manager" of chicos forever 21. Even the co-workers of this store said she was bullying me . I truly believe she did not accept me because of my size. I was working my hardest in the plus size section to make it look nicer but since no one seems to care about it, it was over looked and the manager acted as if i wasting all my time. when i asked her "can i talk to you about something " she abruptly replied "oh, if u want to quit thats fine..." Shame on her.
What rude people in here went in here to try on clothes and they are so rude i wont ever go here again!!!
