I am only giving one star, because there isn't an option for zero. In Nov of 2014, I was advised by Craig's partner Brad that my simple IRA from my previous employer was eligible to be rolled to my other investment accounts. So I signed all paperwork and WF rejected the request. Come to find out, Brad was incorrect about the time frame meanwhile my money had been moved to a cash account awaiting transfer. SEVEN months of trying to get some assistance from Craig and his secretary was futile. In fact his secretary told me to contact Edward Jones, the company Brad opened my accounts through and have them help me! Really? Aren't YOU the ones with my money? Stay as far away from this dynamic duo as you possibly can! And as is often the case, once I began to discuss this with others, I discovered the substandard service is proportionate to the knowledge base of the people in the office. Steer Clear!
