The services provided were easily accessed. I called, was given a phone interview, and most communications were achieved online (e-mail) or via phone, which is convenient as I live out of town. Ms Farris charged a minimal filing fee, which I was able to make easy, affordable payments on. She was prompt in responding to phone and e-mail messages, and efficiently took care of all the necessary paperwork. Ms Farris was easy to talk to under difficult circumstances, and explained all procedures. I was well satisfied with the agency services.

I wanted to leave a review for Nikki Farris, my mother went to Nikki for some help. My mom was very embarrassed and very down on herself when she walked in to Nikki's office. As soon as she walked in she said the receptionist greeted her in such a way that my mom instantly felt a little more relaxed, she felt welcome. My mom walked in to the office and told Nikki she probably was going to cry, my mom said all Nikki did was hand her a tissue box and told her that that was ok. I love that i dont have to worry about my mom stressing out more than she needs to. I have heard horror stories from my friends that have gone through the same thing my mother is going through. But not my mom! Nikki was so kind, so compassionate, and has really helped my mom feel better about her situation. So i guess what i am saying... Is thank you Nikki!
