Nantucket Home is the store and design studio you visit to find high quality furniture and stylish accessories. High quality and style ARE expensive. If you can find fashionable and durable upholstered sofas and chairs built using kiln-dried hardwoods and 8-way hand-tied construction anywhere for less, I'd be astonished.
What a beautiful place, I would live there if I could. I might even say decadent. I fall in love Everytime I go in there. Inspiration everywhere you look. I'm only giving it 4 stars because if the price.
I do not agree with "Pretty Woman"'s review of Nantucket. I have always found them to be very friendly and willing to help,without being too "pushy" trying to make a sale. I must admit that I am definitely a Nantucket fan and wish I could afford many items in the store. Having lived in the Bay Area for many years,I feel that this store can compare to the best of them in San Francisco. The merchandise is quality and the displays are amazing. I have used their design service and have received many compliments about my home. The staff all show pride in their workplace and really show a sense of ownership. I have always enjoyed my visits to the store and will continue to do so!!
Shopped here several times and never seen a customer! Weird! Great stuff.
