The first time I went in we got great service. Though when we recently went in to get my fiance's engagement ring setting lowered and cleaned they broke the diamond. When we dropped it off everything was fine little to no damage on the diamond yet when we went to pick it up we had to pay to receive our now damaged diamond back and now have to pay more money in order to get our diamond fixed that they broke in what should of been a somewhat routine task. I personally wouldn't recommend them and their customer service after the little help, along with both my fiance and I being told that it had that large flaw in it when we came dropped it off... which I know it didn't.

Went in for a watch band replacement. Had already purchased my own band and brought both the band and the watch to them. Was it the nicest watch in the world? No, but It was a dive watch so I wanted to take it to the "pros". The sales woman's suggestion? To buy a new watch. After the kind suggestion, they wound up being unable to swap the band out. Maybe they know diamonds and other precious gems but they are lacking in the simplest of watch repair and basic customer service. Wouldn't recommend unless it's a last resort. And even then I wouldn't place a lot of faith in their services.
An amazing store. My wife and I dropped in just before the Thanksgiving holiday. They were a little busy but gave us great service. I think the figured out that we were just browsing but that did not change how happy they were to show us their custom jewelry. Very beautiful art work. Clearly they take care of their customers or soon to be customers. I could not have been more pleased with my experience and there was one piece of jewelry that gave me the wow feeling. I plan on returning soon to get it!
