Worst and most disrespectful person I have ever in my life talked to. He was flat out rude and cruel. He deserves no body to give business to his establishment. I have herd how bad he was, but I had to have interactions with him my self to find out how rude and a jerk he is. If you own a truck do not go to this place of business. He is a JERK
Worst service I've ever had ordering a truck rack. He didn't know the delivery schedule and didn't confirm bed size with builder. It went from a 1 week order to a 4 week order and was missing parts and ended up with the wrong size rack. Definitely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend using them.
My Airstream fried a wheel being on I5 near Corning, CA. On a Saturday. AAA was unable to help, but I found Jeff's and called. They sent a mechanic who got me mobile and lead me back to the shop. They had the parts in stock and had me back on the road by Saturday evening. helpful and friendly folks, too.
The first day I picked up my dodge diesel,after jeff's people worked on
it for over three weeks,I still had the same problems that I took it in for.
Horrible customer service. Was going to buy a trailer, was supposed to recieve it in two weeks. It has now been 5 weeks still no trailer. Nobody has called me to give me any updates and keep getting lied to and pushed aside. This is not how you do business.
