I moved from Chico, CA to Wisconsin with Sorenson's Moving at a cost of $6,997.72. They lost over $2,000 of my clothing and most of my shoes. I had full insurance and my claim was denied because they said I couldn't prove it. They offered no settlement at all and so I had to apply for arbitration. Be very careful when you check off the boxes on the inventory sheet. There were 2 boxes I couldn't find even though they were checked off. Now, in addition to a very costly move, I have to replace all of my nursing uniforms and my very precious shoe collection. I'm so disappointed and surprised they would run a business that way. I would not recommend them!
