I would like to publicly recognize Deputy Rupp, for showing kindness and compassion to our family, while we were at the courthouse. He went over and beyond to help us and make our unfortunate visit there much easier and an almost pleasant experience. Thank you sir, for being a great example of our local Law Enforcement.... and the comic relief was an added bonus!
Attorneys and Clerks really don't care about people and 'Civil Rights". At least this place wasn't as crowded as the old courthouse and for my upcoming lawsuit, I'd rather go to this one, than the old run down building, near Downtown Chico. If you want something done, you have to do it yourself!

Beware of the red head who works here. She obviously hates her life and her job. Literally just wants to make your life as difficult as possible.
