How is this the highest customer service that I can receive to have to wait another 3 days for this situation to be resolved, let alone to find out when it will possibly be delivered to the CORRECT address, WHICH WAS CORRECT IN THE FIRST PLACE?!!!!!!!!
The clerk was very helpful, but the customer in front of me had a LOT of pkgs, so they needed another clerk to come and help out.
UPS (or their customer service staff) DOES NOT WORK WEEKENDS DURING THE HOLIDAYS SO DONT EXPECT YOUR PACKAGE THEN.

We had a long awaited package to be delivered today which is Friday, between 1 and 5pm. We received notification that it had been delivered at 4:36pm which it was not. We received another notification at 4:43pm that the delivery address was not correct so they were not able to deliver. I called customer service at approx. 6:15pm to assure them that the address they had was in fact the correct address and gave them information on how to find my house because I was assuming the driver could not see the one foot tall house numbers on my fence right at the end of my driveway, or the 6 inch gold, shiny numbers on my house at the front porch. The woman I was speaking to called someone that could relay delivery instructions to the driver and asked me for a good contact number. I gave my house number and was told they would call in the next hour to confirm. Apparently they called my cell phone instead, which was on the original shipment information. My cell phone was not working at the time, which is why I gave a GOOD contact phone number. I called customer service again after i received another notification that they had tried to contact me. This time I was told that they would upgrade this situation to the highest customer service priority and that i would be contacted by 10am MONDAY!!

I had a ton of packages pretty labeled for shipping. I just dropped them off, boom done. So awesome and I recieved excellent service.
