They never answer their phones and they don't know how to communicate with their tenants. One girl, the secretary I think, returned my phone call asking me basic questions that she should have known already like when did my lease start?? Horrible horrible communication, never answer their phones, and never return emails
Also look up the reviews for Blue Oak Management, the ones that manage these apartments because you'll see those negative reviews I decided to post this here too
