Beautiful city park! There is plenty of space between RV's even though it is in Chico city limits. Within minutes of everything you need. It is worth $47 per night.
Very clean with a great pool and laundry. Located within Chico for easy city access as well as highway access. Sites are good for parking your rig. Managers very friendly
Don't bother to call or show up if you have an RV older than 10 years. I called asked no for a reservation. When they finally called back they only asked how old my RV was. And said they don't take any RVs older than 10 years! Mine is a 2005 Scamp 5th wheel. The new ones are made exactly the same as they made them 20 years ago. I keep it in very good condition not that they would know. I'm insulted and wouldn't want to stay in a place with that attitude. I'm sure there are some who would love that policy. You go for it and enjoy your echo chamber.
