I give no stars. Eddie leavell is not to be trusted he is a list and shady. He has nothing better to do with his life than to get into other people lives. He is a horrible man and horrible manager.
Great place to live ! Especially have love for Eddie the park manager. He is honest , open and compassionate. Things you don't find everyday . Highly recommend this place!
The transformation here is nothing short of miraculous! It's clean, drug/drug dealing and prostitute free. What was once dangerously dark and covered by trash is now open, bright and super safe (trash removed literally and figuratively). The new manager, Eddie, has a zero tolerance for anything or anyone that jeopardizes the park and it's tenants safety. With onsight security and 24-hour video surveillance to ensure that everyone can sleep easier knowing that their home is their "safe haven".
It was so much Better When Shelly Clutter was working there...this new Guy he's different I wish Shelly Clutter got her job back....
