I LOVE the guys down there in Chico ! I went down "knowing " what I wanted , and after talking with Shaylee In sales I decided that what I "knew" I whated wasn't what I needed. No it was not an up sale it was more of a down sale which saved me quite a bit of money . That just showed me they were not just there to make a sale for the highest dollar they made sure that everything I bought would suit my needs for the long run.VERY professional !

I had ordered the SSV WORKS 10" sub that showed up damaged threw the shipping company ( no fault of the dealership) thay next day shipped a new one( in there own dime) and had it installed before 10:30 the next day GREAT customer service .
Every aftermarket Polaris ranger crew 900eps item I have purchased from them has been instock and they even installed it for free. The only thing I've had to order was a bigger brush guard from polaris , and the wait time for it was not long .
