Their website tells you to call them if you have immediate questions, but neither number is a live line - both listed go to a message that then deadends at a full mailbox. I'd called Friday and couldn't get through, but I figured I'd just let it ride. Checked over the weekend, no change to the order status. Tried both numbers again today and still hitting the recording wall.

Don't waste time ordering from Nord Boards. I'm all for updating this if they resolve it, but I placed an order mid-day on Thursday and received an automated confirmation email. Since then (it's Monday) the order tracking hasn't changed from 'under review' status.

The most Horrible online purchase experience ever! Do not buy from them! You have been warned! I would write a less than zero review if it possible. The Worst Customer service ever, even rude, and shrewd. They sent me a board with cheaper and different trucks and wheels and bearings than the picture and product description either directly stated or implied would come with it. Furthermore, they had me pay $32 return shipping, and then charged me a 20% restocking fee which was $40 on a $200 purchase. In the end I paid $72 to return a $200 skateboard, that's 36% of the purchase price. I am now in the process of filing a claim with Amazon (as I purchased it from NordBoards through Amazon), and I am pretty confident that Amazon will straighten it all out. You can see all their bad reviews on google, and also look on Amazon. These guys mess people over!

No explanation or apology, nothing but nonexistent customer service. I don't feel bad posting the truth if they don't care about having wasted my time. I hope there ain't anything crazy serious going on outside of work that's making them drop the ball, but if they've got some stuff they're going through, update your website/phone message and let people know you aren't doing business.

edit: Finally received a cancellation confirmation/refund. Order submitted online last Thursday, no answer on their phones on Friday, order never moved from 'Pending Review' over the weekend, Monday no progress or response via email or phone. Requested a refund, finally got an autogenerated email on Wednesday that my order had been cancelled.

Spend your money elsewhere.

I have never been so irritated with any sort of of retail company until I purchased a bikini for my daughter from Nord Boards. I ordered an X-Small and received a Medium. I tried to contact the store but it's NEVER open. I had ordered the item through Amazon who has proven to be extremely helpful with this issue. I've even contacted NB through their email only to find that they are very unhelpful and unprofessional. I will never order from them again.

Lame. I ordered a specific size of hardware. They sent me the wrong size. No order form inside the envelope just the item and a few stickers. I'm not going to pay for shipping to send it back to these clowns. If they didn't have the right part in stock, the responsible and respectful thing to do would be to contact the customer and ask if it would be okay to send a different item.

I emailed them a few hours ago and haven't gotten a response. Currently paid these folks $150 and haven't gotten any confirmation they're actually still in business. This is the first time I've ever been annoyed enough about something like this to post a negative review.. and I'm really just hoping there's some normal reason for why they've been so hard to get in touch with.

I was very skeptical having already ordered my complete board (Arbor Dropcruiser) and then reading all of these negative reviews!! However, they got my board to me with free shipping in 5 days, including the weekend in those days (so non-business days). I had to loosen the bolts on the wheels a little more than a quarter of a turn because they were a little tight slowing the board down. In the end, I am extremely satisfied with my board and service!!
