I cannot say enough of how professional, knowledgeable and friendly Ozzie's staff is. I only hope they would near home ... I would recommend to everyone this business. Top notch.
Store closes at 5pm on weekdays, which doesn't say "customer service" to me. Saturday I asked about a Heidenau rear tire (I'm running OEM TKC 80's) as it has around 1k left on it while my front looks almost new. The parts guy tried to act like I am the only guy to ever not replace the front as well. Considering that the bike has 2.6K on it, the tubes are fine, but he said they never put a new tire over an existing tube, another $20. On my way out, a guy interested in buying a pair of F800's asked be what I thought of the customer service, because he overheard it and was not impressed. Gear and clothing options are minimal as well.

I've purchased two bikes from Ozzies in the past 2+ years and find the entire staff there responsive, fair, honest, skilled & pleasant to boot. The senior mechanic has kindly picked me up from home to pick up my bike and did a great job on some customized wiring for my obsession w/ loud horns for both bikes and another tech there even dropped off parts and tools for me to my home on one occasion when I had a problem. If they were not in the general area I'd likely be riding a different type of MC as the next closest shops are around 90m away, and that would be sad as I really, really like this RTW!

I went on a long trip from the east coast west and back. I scheduled changing tires plus oil. The staff was very accommodating with my schedule--I had to change the appointment a couple of times. When I arrived to Chico they were expecting me and prioritize servicing my bike.
I brought with me an old BMW R100R, as you can imagine these old airheads require expert service. Ozzie's provided that! There was a small oil leak in the oil sensor, staff fixed it as well.
