Family friendly. Had my 3 year old son with me when dropping off. He wanted to ride one of the balance bikes they have there. The manager was happy to let my son ride around the shop.
I have been to this shop around 5 times now and I won't go to any other bike shop in town. The employees have always been extremely knowledgable and helpful. They care about you as a person, not just as possible income. Ben went above and beyond to ensure my mountain bike was running smoothly and that it was safe for me to ride. He helped fit me for a nice helmet (the price was pretty good too) and made sure i felt confident about my purchases. Check them out, their bikes are rad!
Brought my bike in for a tune up. They are fast and friendly. Mechanic called to inform me of additional work providing a few options.
Variety of bikes for sale. They have several options from electric bikes to balance bikes. Looking at possibly purchasing a bike from them for my wife and son.
They have a vast selection of bikes as well: electric, road, fixie, mountain bike, cruisers you name it!

They say they have 5 years experience with electric bikes but they really don't. Their repair man Ben is very sloppy with his work and never takes responsibility for his actions. The owner, Tim, gives too many excuses about why they do horrible jobs and makes many promises without keeping most of them. What they lack in experience and customer service they make up for in price, but that can only take you so far. It took me a month of to and fro to find this out, I hope this doesn't happen to you.
From test rides to selection, fitment, final purchase, adjustments, even maintenance and care tips (Thanks again Ben!) this shop is great! I highly recommend!

Ben and Tim helped me through the entire process of purchasing a new Raleigh road bike while keeping within my price range and comfortability. They offered me experienced and knowledgeable answers to any questions i had. I DID NOT feel any pressure to buy nor purchase accessories/add ons I do not need (unlike at other bike shops i had visited prior).
