Brick n mortar stores often have to charge a bit more than, say, Amazon, but these guys have won me over. They have been great every time I've gone in, and the guy in the back is very willing to answer questions and help you fix things / mod your bike. Easily willing to shell out a couple more bucks for the quality service.
Sales associates are great, awesome management, the parts department is always very helpful and the repair shop does a great job if you need any work done
