Extremely helpful/caring staff and great work! They fixed a big dent on the side of my car and now it looks amazing- just like new! They also did some extra work on a problem I'd been having with my windows and only charged me for half of the labor time. They also send text updates throughout the whole process so you're in the loop. AND, in about a month or so they will wax and polish my new paint, free of charge. Overall, this was a great experience and I recommend using this company if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing car repair.

I have been taking my cars into Chico Collision for over 25 years. There service is second to none. My car always looks like new when they are done. Mark, Garrett and Cheri are an excellent team. They are professional, friendly and courteous. Their staff is extremely hard working and they do a marvelous job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!
My husband was directed to this business after he was rear ended. He went to get an estimate, and was treated very rudely. The woman at the front desk asked if he was even going to get the work done! My husband is disabled, he wouldn't go through the hassle of getting an estimate if we weren't going to get the work done. They wouldn't even look at our bumper! Down the road, at Miracle Auto Body, they were quick, courteous, and MUCH better!
Chico collision is such a great company! We had a Car wash to support MAKE-A-WISH, Chico collision helped so much! We have many friends including ourselves that go to Chico collision and they are always recommending other! They have great service and super friendly workers!!! :)
