Whole staff was helpful and nice! I walked in with a price in my head and a dream to leave with a bed... they made it happen!!! Thanks to Kurt and Jerry for making me the happiest lady in Chico.
Furniture was delivered on time and in perfect condition, two weeks later and we still definitely love the pieces! Would definitely go there again, though I would avoid the first sales associate if able.
My mother bought a bedroom set and the bed came out two completely different colors. We tried contacting the manager three different times and we got ignored each time. They wouldn’t even offer to exchange the bed for the correct one. We wasted our money and would never buy from them again. Terrible service.
We went back later in the week and had Sean help us and he was great! Very professional, let me have space to look around without hovering and making a comment on every single piece of furniture (like the other lady did).
" Amanda Nunez" was amazing with helping us select our new furniture for our home. She didn't chase us around the store an pressure us at all. She was very attentive when we needed her help or had a questions. She went above an beyond to make sure we left feeling totally sure on what we purchased! I even changed my mind last minute on the custom fabric I first selected while she was checking us out and had no prob. stopping what she was doing to help make sure we were positive with our selection. She was great so if your looking for someone that will be honest, helpful and be so friendly then I'd recommend you go see Amanda at the Chico store! Thanks AMANDA NUNEZ we love our new furniture and appreciate all your help!!!
First time we went there one of the women was so pushy it actually turned us away, but we liked the furniture we saw - especially a couch set. She also tried to pull a fast one on us by telling us they only had one left in stock, but only as we started to leave.
I'm terribly sorry I didn't read and listen to the reviews on this horrible business! If you like money hungry sales people this would be a great place to go. If you like problems taken care of when they arise do not purchase anything from this company. My husband and I bought a three piece couch set one year ago. Six months after we had it, it was literally falling apart. I called in and asked for it to be repaired multiple times. Didn't get anywhere!! Even talking to the manager, who completely ignored the problem. I'm super upset that we have to look at this low quality garbage furniture that we paid 3 thousand for. I will be letting everyone I talk to know about this company and hopefully they will eventually go out of business. Don't buy anything from Evan's you will be so sorry!!
