Needed wood stove pipe and fittings. Checked on line and were told that the pieces I needed were in stock. Also gave prices. Everything was there in store. Good prices. Helpful people.
Some depts are more helpful than others. The paint dept was happy to mix whatever color you may need, but in flooring I was given poor directions to different products. Customer service was quick completing my return.
Returned an item and made a purchase. Return was easy and fast. We had our receipt for a gas blower that could be returned within 30 days if not happy. Visited the garden center for the 2nd time this week and again the staff was helpful and courteous!
We had to get a new lawn mower today. Because our old one finally blew up. We didn't have to wait long for someone to help us. But of course the one we wanted was not in stock. They would have to order it. We couldn't wait. So the lady helped us pick one out that was affordable and with a better engine. And of course we get the mower home and put it together. And it was missing 2 bolts to the handle bars. So for now we had to rig it to work.
I went in looking for a couple items which proved to be as challenging as finding competent assistance. When I finally found an employee, he gave me 3 isles to search, none of which were correct. I left and went to Home Depot, where the employee walked me to the first item and told me where the other item was, right down to how far down and which side of the Isle.
