I ordered a part for an American Standard toilet. It was close to $300. I installed it. It leaked. I had to call a plumber. He said in his 17 years he never had an experience like that with a part (fill valve) that leaked. I returned it. They deducted 15% restocking fee. They should have refunded my purchase price. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I have an under-sink water filter system and ordered a refill kit, same as I had three years ago. When PlumbingSupply found that the manufacturer no longer made them, they called them to find an alternative supply to offer me. I never had to wonder what to do or search on my own. Great service.
Excellent customer service. I purchased a water level sensor and couldn't get it to work. I figured it was bad and was planning to return it for exchange. I e-mailed their customer service and I received not only a reply e-mail but also a phone call to put me in touch with their technical support. The technical support was very good and gave me the information I needed. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the product, I just needed to hook it up differently. A day later, I got another follow-up call from customer service to make sure my issue had been resolved and that my part was working.
These guys ROCK!! Not only did they have the faucets for my 1923 sink, but they were a great price. They provided me with excellent service over the phone answering all my questions. I will definitely use them in the future for my plumbing supply needs.
The website was very well designed. I needed a hard to identify and find plumbing part. Their website had diagrams showing every part of the model with links to purchase. The prices were very reasonable and shipping was fast. Just what I needed. I will use them again!
