OSH has helped me by carrying this Weatherwash wood stain that was just on Home Depot's website. OSH makes it easier by having things I want.
I just had one of the best customer experiences at this OSH. I was shopping with my mom for appropriate plants for my Chameleon terrarium. The guy comes out of nowhere and asks us if we need any help finding anything. We told him what we were looking for and not only did he know about appropriate live plants for my lizards, he was an expert in bonsai planting too. We picked out two plants to go in our cage with my chameleon. He planted them in a pot for me, and told me how to manipulate my plant to slowly get it to arc into a bridge. Such amazing care and great customer service. He was friendly and knowledgeable the entire time. Shout out to Adam for helping us. My mom and I definitely felt like we were in the right place.
Love OSH! Friendly and helpful staff. Love their rewards program too! Great selection of merchandise in every department. It's my go-to variety store. I personally don't like roaming the big box stores on the south end of Chico. Often hard to get help! And just too many people out and alot more traffic.
I have had very good luck getting advice from knowledgable employees at OSH. The prices are on the high side as compared to Home Depot and even Lowes.
