Brought my sick 4 year old in at 8:45 on a Friday night with suspected strep throat. The front desk helped me admit her and we were in back within 10-15 minutes to be evaluated by a Nurse Practitioner as new patients to the area. Granted the waiting room was empty, but I can tell every staff member I came into contact with cared just as much for my baby girl as I did. They were kind, professional, she wasn't scared and warmed up to the situation right away. I am so grateful for the care they provided for my little one.
"Prompt" it's not. Clear your schedule and be prepared to wait an excessive amount of time. Also, the Enloe "Prompt" Care staff members aren't friendly. I spent hours waiting just to be sent elsewhere after a mediocre visit with a PA. They do not respect their patient's time.
I've always had good experiences at this location. Little waiting. Knowledgeable staff. Prompt diagnosis.
