Just like the rest of the city, the outside is pretty sketchy and colored a disgusting yellow-ish orange. But once you go inside, you see a welcoming hotel room. The beds were clean and comfortable. The front desk/room service was willing to bring more of whatever we needed, and accommodate our needs. The breakfast was fresh and high quality. Would stay here again.
Room is nice, beds are comfortable. Room was clean. First room we got was on second floor in the corner. It was HOT. The AC could not keep up with the heat. But our second room on the first floor was great! I would stay here again.
Update: just stayed for the Halloween festivities downtown this last weekend and this place is KILLER!
Great place to stay for visiting kids at Chico State. Close to downtown and the university. Wonderful staff who keep the place spotless and are so attentive to your needs. A great stay for a great price!

Great location, room was spacious and clean. Room service wasn't the greatest. We had to ask for more linens and they totally skipped us one day. Outside of that everything was good. Continental breakfast was great. Parking is tight but you can park on side streets. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Perfect location for strolling downtown.
