Ultimately their product, while not being the cheapest ones around, are durable, long lasting, and completely safe for my kids to drink out of.
LOVE THEM. You do research on the various "safe" drinking vessels out there (CamelBak, SIGG, LifeFactory, KK, etc.) and only KK and LifeFactory give you copious amounts of information about where they're constructed, materials, etc. LifeFactory is nice, but it is made of glass, so not as many applications. How can you go wrong with surgical grade STEEL!!
They've made a customer for life!
I just called them up to ask how I could purchase more of the silicone valves that go into the green sippy lids (so they're as spill/drip proof as possible). Sadly some of them went missing or were gobbled up by the garbage disposal. Without any prompting, the rep (Edgar) offered to send me four, free of charge (shipping on their dime). THAT is customer service.
