A really nice fast food stop. A lot of people give it a bad rateing,but i think those people need to look at themselves before they say bad things about others. I have been here every day since the new manager took over and it improves daily. Thumbs up.
Not a change I've ever seen an establishment carry out before
I've patronized this establishment since before Central Park became Central concrete; when this Jack In The Box had one of the last original 30 foot signs sporting Jack's head coming out the top of the box shaped sign. I loved eating here as a kid because they had the coolest toys in the Kid's Meals. A few years after that this restaurant was a daily stop for lunch and a quick walk from Chico High. Unlike many other franchises in this small town, this Jack In The Box has watched Chico and it's citizens grow up many times over, always there, many times understaffed, but always with customer service as it's priority. It's also one of a very few eateries that's stood the test of time regarding food quality and freshness. In addition, this location goes out of its way too higher developmentally/physically disabled individuals, and had been a positive source of income for individuals that other local restaurants turn their noise up toward: parolees, probationers, and those who may be facing crises from addiction to substance abuse. This location isn't simply a great little restaurant; it's a symbol of pride and hope for many of our community members and their families, reinvesting in our community in ways most wouldn't attempt to do with a business. It's my opinion that members of this great community owe a debt of gratitude and Thanksgiving to all of the establishments in Chico that emulate businesses like this one. Here's hoping for 50 more years of success!
There was trash all over the floor. Tables not wiped down. The bathroom had not been cleaned in days as there was trash all over the floor, fluids all over the toilet, just nasty. Will never come back!!
This particular Jack in the Box location has this strange county jail vibe. They removed all pictures of Jack from the walls and any other touches that might normally make customers somewhat comfortable.
Good place for a fast burger, a little bit grimey in the dining room, not really a sit-down place because of the rush and crowded atmosphere especially at night.
