Pizza is extra greasy and usually under cooked.
The store was super clean and the young man that answered my call was very nice. The young lady at the counter was extremely pleasant. Food was delicious!
The pizza was to be expected, and the temp was good. We ordered in shop and the wait time was projected as 13 minutes. It ended up being closer to 30, but we were satisfied. :)
This is the pizza I got. I don't even know what to say to this monstrosity. I would rate 0 if I could, for the price I'm paying for the pizza, I should not have gotten it delivered to me like this. I used to love pizza hut, now I'll just be taking my business elsewhere.
Placed an order at 1207pm. Recieved the text that the online order was placed. Went outside with kids waited for delivery. At 1235 i went in to grab phone to track order and noticed 2 missed calls. At 1230 and 1235 pm. Called back and they told me they couldnt find my address so the order was canceled. Spoke with chrissa and she told me they called to verify the order at 1230pm and than the driver called at 1235pm because she couldnt find my address.. So if they couldnt verify the order at 1230pm which was a lie. Why would you send the driver out? The two calls made to my phone were because the driver couldnt find my apartment not to verify. The order would have been verified prior to baking. When i asked her this question she blew up being completely sarcastic and rude.. Told to replace order and that it would be a 45 minute wait. During that time of replacing the order she continued being rude and chose to tell me another order was placed and now there was an hour wait. This rudeness and sarcasm is not tolerated. I asked to speak to her manager. She stated she is the manager. So i asked for the contact information for the general managaer and she told me to call the store tomorrow and he would be there. Mind you tomorrow is SATURDAY. with all this being said Pizza Hut will be losing my family business and my business orders. Chrissa either needs new management training or a new job. I will be calling EVERYDAY until Hector her general manager can be reached. Also corporate will be notified of how a franchise of theirs treats customers.
