Renter beware! Under new ownership and they are insisting that you use their locks and are charging you for the lock. No written notice of changes in policy, just installed their lock, effectively locking us out of our storage. Please note, this wasn't done for non-payment. They will have access to your storage as they will have the master key for their locks!! They will tell you that they access your storage for "maintenaince" purposes. Rent is pretty high as well.
This place is family owned and they are wonderful people. Super helpful and definately use their customer's best interest.
