A generous 3 stars, as this is a relatively nice park for RV'rs. Full hookups and facilities EXCEPT for the fact that we pulled in after 1pm on Sunday only to find that the check in office was closed and unbeknownst to us we would not have access to bathrooms, showers or laundry since they are all locked and we would need a key (from the office) to access them. I only found this out by asking other tenants. We suggest that the early office closure on Sundays be communicated with the reservation confirmation email...so that we could have at least tried to arrive before 1pm to get our access key (which also requires $5 deposit). Cost for this park is slightly higher than it should be and the 10% Good Sam Discount is rounded down to only $4 (should have been $4.70) We would only return in a pinch...some highway noise.
We have been staying here for years, - Bob and his wife, Greg and his wife....EXCELLENT customer service and extremely professional. We stay in a lot of parks in Northern California, and our "Almond Orchard" is always superior. The trees, wide spots, amenities, pool, bathroom facilities....all 5 STARS. Thank you, Almond Orchard, for all that you do!
Nice, quiet and clean storage facility. I have been renting a storage unit here for over a year now and this place is great. Security gate to enter and exit the area and also security alarms on each individual storage unit.
Great and nice with grass at every site. The owner and management team was exceptional. Will definitely come again.
