Have been taking my dog here for about 4 years now. I must say they treat my buddy exceptionally well and they have always been had a very friendly staff. I've had emergencies and they get you in as soon as they can..if it's an extreme emergency they would see you same day, otherwise expect the same wait as any other place in town. I used to take my dog to other places in town before I found All About Pets and have only been to them since. If you havnt been here I would recommend you give them a try. Your pets will thank you, and so will your wallet.
Decent service w zero follow thru. First: When I picked up my cat and was given meds for my cat to go home on The tech said... "um he didnt receive his meds...wait I think he did...umm ya im pretty sure he did." Second: They did not return my calls pertaining to the diet they put him on. I questioned the diet bc he is a cat w a few preexisting conditions and despite me telling them that they still only took his current issue into mind when putting him on a new diet. I called and called and called and was always told the vet would call and nada. Now approx a month later I'm back at the vet w the same issue. Shocker! No, I'm not stupid enough to bring him back here as they truly don't care about their patients. If I could give a negative star I would!

Showed a little late from bad school traffic. Ended up waiting 40 mins to get my cats his shots. Definitely going back to Forest Animal Hopspital.
Never take you animal here!! I took my dog here because when we adopted her they gave you a voucher for a check up from wags and whiskers. Well I took my dog here about half dozen times without a problem. Until she needed a heartworm test because they failed to let me know in time. They just emailed me and said she was two weeks late. So I took her on for heartworm test and nail clipping. This was a tech appointment by the way. They took her on the back as I waited. A tech then brought her out on her leash and a rope leash as well. I took her by her leash and realized she smelled horribly. What was that smell?? It was so strong!! The tech said we had to wait ten minutes for the test results but no explanation as to why my dog smelled so bad. Finally a lady came out from reception area and sprayed something on her butt. I exclaimed what dod they do?? She stated she must have gotten really scared in the back and she had anal leakage. I was horrified.. Then another tech came out to tell us she was clear from heartworm and my dog started growling at her. She has never growled at anyone there before.Then I started thinking about the dual leashes
Maybe they hog tied her or something. But I will never take her back there again!!! Holly Mccraney
