The people at Evers were very accommodating. One of our dogs came down with kennel cough and we wanted to get him in as soon as possible. Despite not having any appointments available, they were true to their word and squeezed us in following a cancellation. The Vets are compassionate and listened to our concerns. Highly recommend.
I've been pleased and impressed with the staff at Evers, from the front desk to Dr. Evers herself. My pet was given a thorough examination, and tests were done only after extensive discussion of purpose, cost, and alternatives. I felt that my special-needs cat and I were respected and well-cared for, and all of my questions and concerns were addressed patiently and completely. When I took my dog in for dental work, the experience was equally positive. I am so grateful to have this locally-owned and veterinarian-managed Clinic for my fur babies--all 7 of them!
I have only had positive experiences at Evers. My cat and dog have both been very well cared for there. The staff really seem to love all the animals but it means so much to me that they really seem to love my animals! They are caring wonderful people and their use of technology for updates on appointments and needed vaccinations is so helpful. The facility is always nice and clean and they appear to have all the most up-to-date equipment. I would recommend Evers to anyone looking for great veterinary care for their animals.
I have used Evers Veterinary Clinic through many years, and through the lives of many pets and of multiple Vets. Through all, I have found the Vets and staff to be extremely sensitive, caring and accommodating. In one instance, the Vet came to our home to put down a dog who had had a major stoke, but was terrified of any Clinic (she was initially a rescue). I have developed a deep faith in this clinic’s competence and caring, despite the changes in staff that have occurred over the years and have taken generations of cats and dogs to them. There is none better here in Chico.
My favorite vet in Chico for years. I am on my third dog with Evers taking care. My recent visit was a dental cleaning for my four year old Brittany. He was a happy pup on going there and also on return. The staff is caring, informative, and compassionate. A+ in my assessment.
