Great veterinary office! The vet is great with my dog and knowledgeable! Doesn't push unnecessary testing that I've felt pressured to get done other places. I trust that if he does say extra tests need done, then they are needed because of this! Prices are the best in town, and every employee is friendly and you can tell they really care about animals!
The staff is friendly and helpful, Dr. Battencourt is patient and cares about his patience. The place is welcoming and clean. The prices are not outrageous, but very competative. Iwill recommend all my friends and family to go here.
I had to make the hardest decision any responsible pet owner is faced with. My 18 year old family member kitty cat got to the point where she wasn't showing pain on the outside but was suffering on the inside. Dr. Bettencourt gave me comfort knowing this. From the time I walked into their clinic Melody was so comforting, and professional, that I knew I made the right choice. Melody stayed in the room with me through the procedure. The Doctor was so kind he explained everything that was going to happen. They allowed me to hold her which was very important to me. So for what it was thank you Dr Bettencourt and Melody.
