Terrible front office, pompous attitude that trickles down to the staff. Impossible to get medical records from.

I was investigating why I was charged so much money for a first visit with insurance (I got a bill of over $100) when all she did was refill a prescription. She was full of attitude, rude and then dropped me as a patient with a letter the next day. Fine with me - save yourself the hassle and don't go with her.
