Great food as always. The service was pleasant. Becca helped us with our to go order! She was great. We are new to Chico and love B-Dubs!
Food was great and service was fast and great. Started as an impulsive lunch date with my wife but now I plan to make this a monthly event since we enjoyed it so much. Keep it up B-dubs!!!
I'm so disappointed of this place, I ordered wings to go and they messed up my order I called and whoever answer the phone didn't know how deal with it so she put me on hold and then the manager answer and i had to repeat everything again, her answer was she was the one who packed my order and that she didn't know what happened but she will make sure next time I'll order something they do it rigth, what a wrong way to fix the problem don't you think?
I told her that I would never come back again and she said it was fine.
The only enjoyable part was the staff. They were friendly and pleasant. We ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer and it took over 10 minutes for that to be brought out. The restaurant was not super busy. The salsa tasted and looked like Pace Picante and I could have bought better chips in a bag at a grocery store for less than the price of the appetizer. Two family members had wings, both of which were over cooked and over priced ($25 for 18 wings) another family member had mac and cheese. Great tasting, but some noodles were to tough to eat. I had the pulled pork with pickled onions and a vegi slaw, but when they brought it out no veggie slaw. So I asked about it and the server told me it had been recalled. I asked why wasn't I told that when ordered. He replied that he didn't know about it until he went to put it on the sandwich. That's my favorite part about a pulled pork sandwich.
Again let me state how friendly the staff is, because they were the best part. But given the quality of food and the price, I won't be coming back.
The food didn't take too long and our group of nine people found a seat right away. The place was busy but they seem to clear the tables quite quickly. Each of the tables has an electronic device to keep the kids busy while we wait for our food. Once the food came it was delicious and plentiful. Our waitress was not only kind but very beautiful. Our whole family enjoy this experience and we will come back again very soon. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings of Chico.
