Always friendly and attentive service in a consistently understaffed environment. The staff does a great job getting you in and out quickly while providing a quality product.
This is a great place fore a quick ice cream cool down and then a delicious sandwich . I have six kids and they quickly pick out the ice cream first . It's a lot of fun .

Terrible. Ordered a family size Hot roast beef and Ham sandwich large phone order taken. Get there and while waiting was told... Oh we can't make a hot roast beef family. What? you took the order. So they made the sandwich . She said hers a water cup you can sit in the lobby. I commented " we have been getting the family size sandwich for thirty years" Employee said "New Begenings"
They forgot the drink and I asked them to take my signed receipt off the counter. " I can't I'm wearing gloves" while she raised her hands up. Terrible Sorry To go's. East ave Chico . Never again. They punched over my already punched mark on my card.
Wow, what happened to this Togo's. 3rd time In a row I called in a pick up order and there is literally 1 thin layer of meat. The worst part is I ordered a 2 meat sandwich. Don't eat here, the new owner must own Subway as well. No meat now from 2 of the 5 ok sandwich shops in town. Togo's was always my go to for years because they actually gave you more than 3oz of meat on a regular sized sandwich. This store has really, really, gone down hill. Raise your prices 2 times since new ownership, and give less meat than Subway!!! Never thought it was possible to get less meat on a regular sized sandwich than Subway. Well you took the cake. I have 2 full punch cards and you guys are now so horrible I will give them away. Only gave 1 * because there open after 10. Horrible ownership now, horrible quality. Just looked at some of their reviews, what idiot gives 5 stars for ice cream service, or a vegetarian sandwich. Anyone that ordered an actual sandwich, from a sandwich shop said same thing. New ownership sucks, management in evening sucks and quality way down hill. I used to come 2 -4 a month. Never again. Good luck cheap skates.
