Wonderful service! We came in during shift change and the transition was seamless! And the food. Oh my gosh it was perfect!
They have unlimited pasta as limited time offer. Recently, I felt the management of this branch one in Chico seems changes. Earlier it was better. The servers were taking great care of the customers wants, likes and demands. I am not happy last 2 visits.
Fast seating, clean restaurant, convenient restrooms. Good quick service for our drinks and food. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. :-) I went with my mom and sisters for the endless pasta bowl and everyone was happy.
We got there just as they opened up. The service was great. We were seated right away. Jose was attentive to everything that we needed.
Else, for food and taste it's great at it's Italian zaika.
Ordered salad and wanted more but they pretended to not have any more as it was after closing time. The waitress actually was preparing it and was surprised at the managers request for us to leave. She packed it for us to go. Her tip was good but the manager needs some skills in customer handling. Rest of Chico experience was great. We played at the Chico World Music Festival to a packed crowd!
